Since protection of user privacy is of paramount importance to us, we at Soneta sp. z o.o. have prepared this privacy policy that applies to the service. Below we explain what data we collect and how we process and use them. We keep the collection and use of user and customer data to a minimum required to provide top-quality services. The terms and conditions of collecting and distributing the data of our online service users and customers are outlined in the following paragraphs.

Data collection

As is the practice at most www services, we retain HTTP queries addressed to our server. The resources viewed are identified by URLs. A detailed list of data stored in the WWW server log files is given below:

  • Public IP address of the computer sending the query (this can be the users’ device directly),/span>
  • Name of client station: identified by the http protocol, if possible,
  • User name specified during the authorisation process,
  • Time the query is received,
  • First line of the http request,
  • Http response code,
  • Number of bites sent by server,
  • URL of the website previously visited by the user if our page is accessed through a link,
  • User browser details,
  • Information on possible errors in a http transaction.

Our service keeps the use and collection of user data to a minimum required to provide top-quality services to our customers, which includes keeping the customers abreast with our products and services.

In some cases, (request forms, contact forms, white paper downloads) we collect user details such as first name and surname, company name, email address, contact telephone number, voivodeship etc.). No third parties have access to such data unless on prior consent from the user, or when necessary under the statutes. The data are used chiefly to carry out our obligations towards the client.

Use of data

Our services use request forms data via which customers order information, products and services. The forms allow us to collect contact details from the visitors, such as email addresses. Data from request forms are used to deliver orders, send our company information or promotional materials from some of our authorised partners.

Customer contact details are also used to reach the customer when necessary, such as for an order to be confirmed. Users can opt out from receiving emails from us;  see below: section opt out.

We obtain surveys in which we ask visitors to give contact details (email address etc.). Whenever reasonable, the contact details provided in the questionnaires are used to send company information or promotional materials from some of our authorised partners. We use the IPs of users to diagnose problems with server operations if those occur, to investigate security breaches and to manage our websites. IP addresses are used to identify and collect demographic data from visitors (such as information about the region from which the connection was made). This information is never associated with any personal details of subscribers to email lists or other services delivered by us.

Information so obtained may occasionally be grouped into general statistical data sheets disclosed to third parties. Usually, they service viewing figures. However, the sheets contain no data that might be used to identify individual users of our service.

Young user privacy protection

Our services do not monitor or verify the age of their audience – email recipients, users or survey subjects. Visitor contact details such as email addresses are used to deliver orders or send company information or promotional materials from some of our authorised partners.

Young users should not send any information, place orders or subscribe to any of our services without their parents’ consent.

Cookies on web sites

Our websites use cookie files that make it easier to use their resources. Cookies contain useful information and are stored on the user’s computer: our server can read them next time it connects to the same computer. Most web browsers permit cookie files to be stored on the terminal device by default. Every user of our web sites can manage their cookies in their web browser settings:

Every user is entitled to request access to their personal data, to ask for their data to be corrected or deleted, to request the restriction of the processing of their data, to transfer their data, to object to the processing of their data and to withdraw their consent.

A request for the data to be deleted, corrected or for the processing of the personal data to be restricted should be submitted to  he request should contain identification details, specifically an email address identical to that from which the processing consent was given. Our data controller will review the request and respond as soon as possible upon receipt. The data controller hereby informs that once your personal data are deleted, all historical data will be lost.
